The Factors that Influence Team Peformance
The main purpose of this study was to determine the factors that affect team performance is time urgency, pacing style, time perspective and temporal leadership team as a moderating variable. Focus of this study is to identify the diversity of individual differences present in the team. Samples were taken from a total of 170 Prudential insurance agent in Batam by using multiple regression were applied to the data with SPSS 17.0. Results from this study showed the influence of time urgency, pacing style, time perspective on team performance was significant under conditions of stronger team temporal leadership. Team temporal leadership also had a direct, significant influence on team performance.
